I was born in Bournemouth England and emmigrated to Candada with my Parents in 1957. I am a self taught artist and work in all mediums,( I do mean all),just hand me some sticks and mud and I will create..... I started at an early age drawing cartoons as many budding artists do.I served in the Royal Canadian Navy and began oil painting during this period.Much of my work then was of course focused on seascapes.As I moved on to the Fire Department...well have a look at my gallery and you can see the effects there. I also do a lot of pen and ink illustrations on a surreal level and you may view them at www.firescapes.ca/ink I am always open to new challenges in the arts and welcome new commisions...I have freelanced for major companies and also donate on a regular basis with my art to the charities.
